Based on the infant, babies are typically ready to begin soft, solid foods when they are between four and six months old. This is the point at which they stop using their tongues to push the food out of their mouths, and they begin to develop the coordination that is essential to move solid foods from the front of their mouths to the back for swallowing.

You will need to ask your parents what foods you loved as an infant.
