Comment on attraction between Julia and Winston. Thank you so much!!!

I think the attraction is based on rebellion to the party. Julia is 26 years old and I think Winston is 39. Winston wonders what a young beautiful girl like Julia could possibly see in him. Julia likes Winston because he is against the party. Winston likes Julia because he makes his life bearable and at times even enjoyable. Winston has no illusions that they will be caught but at least the love affair makes him feel alive. Julia thinks she is cheating the party and Winston is her partner in crime.
