Why does Leila call Henry a "False speaker of language?"

Leila calls her husband a "false speaker of language" because she knows he is a liar.... she knows that he lies to her, and she knows that he lies to others. He believed his secret (spying) to be a secret, but she knew, and as a result, she left.
