How does Miles convince Harper to stay with EROS as a system operator in the novel, Mortal Fear?

Miles convinces Harper to stay with EROS by reminding him that "Eleanor Rigby" would be devastated if Harper stopped logging on. Eleanor Rigby, actually Eleanor Markham, is Harper's online lover. Miles also notes that Harper would be contacted by the EROS attorney if he chose to leave.
