Why does grandfather think he can boss Wes around? Do you think he has much respect for Wes?

Julian Hayden is the family patriarch. He expects complete respect from his sons, and he doesn't find it necessary to give them respect in return. Wes deserves his father's respect because of his position and accomplishments. Julian, however, cannot see past his own importance and desires.
