Charles Force is the father of Jack and Mimi, and is the head of global news magnate. He is inordinately wealthy and powerful, and rules the Blue Bloods. He is still heartbroken after being rejected by his bond Gabrielle in favor of a human familiar, who becomes the father of Schuyler. Charles wants to destroy the Van Alen family, going to such lengths as adopting Schuyler to make her his own. Charles is voted out office and replaced by Lawrence.
