To impress upon Mason and Dixon that they should survey the Visto, the dividing line between Pennsylvania and Maryland, no farther west, a Delaware chief shows them a bloody scalp with long blonde hair attached. Mason and Dixon end their survey at the Warrior Path and return to Philadelphia.
