he language of the novel tends to be a blend of casual and informal, and highly detailed and technical. During dialog, much of the conversation is technical in nature, but is easy to follow and uses words common in language. The descriptive passages, however, are often highly technical and highly specialized, using phrasing and wording likely to be used in scientific circles when describing technology.
