What was the Bungalow and what did Twain think of its restoration process?

The Bungalow was another term for Sam Brennan's palace, which at one time, had a veranda and Corinthian columns that supported a portico. Because the palace had become ruined, there were plans to restore it, but Twain thought these were not worth doing.
