Made to Stick – Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die by Chip Heath and Dan Heath is written in a straight-forward manner. The tone of the book varies from one subject to another. There is a scholarly edge to some of the segments in which statistics are referenced and research is cited. The authors use a light approach to some areas by introducing funny comments or anecdotes.
