The witches in Macbeth are one of the largest elements of foreshadowing in the entire play. Everything revolves around those predictions coming true. Also, there are the bloody battles at the beginning, and the comments made about them, that foreshadow the murders that will happen later one. Then, at one point when Macbeth things he hears a voice (while he's killing Duncan) this foreshadows his inability to sleep.
