Can you say anymore about Bill? His personality, his appearance, his age etc?

I'm doing a drama project and my character is Bill, I can't get access to a book so any help would be much appreciated.

Bill starts out as one of the choirboys, so at first his nature is soft and gentle, even civilized. Later, though, he joins Jack and his entire demeanor changes. He becomes just as ruthless. So, in essence, Bill is a chameleon, changing his way of acting depending on who is in charge and who is likely to be the strongest.
