What do Jack and Ralph disagree on?

Ralph and Jack, in Lord of the Flies, argue over the importance of having shelter versus having food (meat). Ralph is frustrated because Jack only seems focused on killing things. On top of that it isn't a logical pursuit since they have plenty of meat. Having shelter is the priority but he can't make Jack see that.
