Who is the antagonist in Lord Hornblower by C. S. Forester?

Nathaniel Sweet, the leader of the mutiny, is the antagonist in the novel, Lord Hornblower. Captain Chadwick, the captain of the Flame, might also be seen as an antagonist, based upon the fact that his poor leadership and cruelty to his crew, created the conditions from which the mutiny resulted.
