Who is Moses from Leviathan and what is their importance?

Moses was a prophet. He was directed by God to rule over the Jewish people. God spoke to him through a burning bush and gave him the Ten Commandments. Moses was the sovereign of the Jewish nation and governed the Jewish people with both with civil and divine laws.
