The story starts out with individuals that consider themselves ordinary people. They speak and act like ordinary people. As the events continue to unfold however, they become more morally aware and make the move to accept Christ. At the start, they sound like so many people, the voice of the times. When they realize more and more that they are coming into the end times as predicted in the Bible, they become more impatient and excited about their faith. They move from complacency to pure religious activism. As each character makes their transformation, there is more and more information provided from the Bible as well.
