Dr. Josef Mengele collected dwarfs and twins. He would inject dye into a child's eyes to see if the color could be changed. He infected bodies with germs and diseases to study physical reactions. He performed operations without anesthetic. He would do experiments on one twin and compare the results on the other twin.
