Who is Vancha March from Killers of the Dawn and what is their importance?

Vancha March is one of the Vampires working with Darren, Crepsley and the Little Person to hunt and kill the Lord of the Vampaneze. Vancha is also a Vampire Prince, and his brother, Gannen Harts, is the Lord of the Vampaneze's protector, which places them on opposite sides in the war. His weapon of choice is shurikens. Shurikens are small metal stars that he throws—similar to Chinese stars.
