What reason did Umbrucius give for wanting to move away from Rome in The Sixteen Satires?

Umbrucius claimed that he was far too moral to be living in Rome. Because he did not believe in lying or cheating, he found it difficult to find work in Rome. He moved to Cumae, where he claimed that morality was appreciated.
