Describe Julian's relationship with his brother, Gallus in the novel, Julian.

Julian and his brother Gallus are never close and always have a rivalry between them. Julian doesn't hate his brother; in fact he admires many things about him and seems to be in awe of him. However, he recognizes that Gallus is selfish and cruel and often mean to him. Their different feelings about religion also put them at odds.
