Aunt Sally is Vyry's caretaker when she is a child. She is also the cook on the plantation. Aunt Sally has a great deal of freedom compared to the other slaves, and she regularly brings food back to her cabin. In the end, Salina Dutton convinces John Dutton to sell Aunt Sally.
