Raffaela is Taylor's best friend. She acts as Taylor's second-in-command in the dorm House Lachlan, where she helps take care of Taylor and the other girls. Raffaela accompanies Taylor on many of her adventures, and she is childhood friends with Santangelo, the leader of the Townies.
