Why does the separatist group want the Entertainment?

The separatist group would like to acquire the Entertainment to use it against the ONAN. Remy is a member of the separatist group, the Wheelchair Assassins, but he is a quadruple agent who is actually benefiting ONAN. The group would like to use the tape to achieve their goal and render members of the ONAN catatonic.
