A young boy drops his bucket too hard and the checker will not count it. The boy tells Jim that he is fed up with the filthy conditions of the bunk houses and the pay cuts. The boy is only acting like an organizer. Jim tells this to the checker, claiming the boy is only shooting off his mouth.
