What is the main conflict in Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick?

Throughout the story, Nora and Vee are often at odds with what should be done regarding Patch, Elliot and Jules. Nora is also at war with herself as she is frequently overwhelmed with the power of others and how she is, at times, so easily influenced.
