Who is Alois HItler from Hitler and what is their importance?

Alois HItler was born Alois Schicklgruber, he changed his name to Hitler after the death of both his parents. He was born in 1837, married three times and his marriage to Hitler's mother was his last. He was a domineering person and worked as a civil servant. He wanted Hitler to follow in his footsteps and this desire created friction between father and son. He died in 1903.
