What is the theme in King Henry IV, Part II by William Shakespeare?

One major theme in the play is order, specifically the order or organization of the of the people under the king, whom they serve. Henry IV has lost order in his kingdom. His son does not stabd at his side.... he's out having fun. The people are raising arms against him..... in essence, order needs to be restored.
