In Act 2, Scene 2, Polonius talks to Hamlet. After that conversation, does Polonius think Hamlet is crazy?

After speaking with Hamlet in Act 2, Scene 2, Polonius is not sure if Hamlet is crazy. He says that if Hamlet is crazy, there is logic in his craziness -- method in his madness.
