What did H.L. Mencken say about Frank Harris?

He said a great deal many things about him since he wrote one of the definitive biographies. One such example is that Mencken was “happily free from the vanity of modesty.” Harris is depicted as a free spirit, much akin to Oscar Wilde whom he knew.
