The strategy of a guerrilla fighter is to keep himself and his men from being destroyed while harassing and ultimately overwhelming the enemy forces. Over time, the guerrilla will reduce the enemies' will and numbers while drawing more and more support from the people in the countryside until the guerrilla can form an army large enough to deliver the final blow to the enemy.
