Who is Harry Sonneborn from Grinding It Out and what is their importance?

One day a man named Harry Sonneborn came into Ray's office soliciting a job. Kroc told him that he didn't have a position available, but Harry was persistent. Ray really did need the help and knew he could benefit from Sonneborn's past experience at Tastee-Freeze. Kroc knew he had to hire Harry because of his experience and because he had to start generating some cash flow and needed help since he was at the forefront of the fast food industry. He was out there all his own and needed to keep his head start and momentum.
