Why does Estella come to London?

In this chapter of Great Expectations Estella is returning from a Finishing School where she's been schooled in the arts of being a noble lady. Her return to London is at Ms. Havershim's request. She is to be housed at Mrs. Bradley's boarding house to wait for instructions from Ms. Havershim. Estella is cold, aloof, distant, and seemingly resigned to the task that Ms. Havershim has set for her: to cruelly and without hestitation break the heart of any young man that falls for her.
