What happens at the Mick Jagger concert in the novel, Golden Fox?

At the Mick Jagger concert, Isabella attempts to manipulate the security guard into letting her into a restricted area, but the security guard (who is also a Hell's Angel) decides that he wants Isabella all to himself. Ramon intervenes and subdues Isabella's attacker, then escorts her to the ladies' room to tidy herself. When Isabella exits the ladies' room, Ramon is gone, and Isabella is stunned.
