Brian is a boy in Meg's class. He has a crush on Tiffany and wants to have sex with her. After they get in trouble on the bridge, Brian breaks up with Tiffany and tells her not to call him anymore. Brian, too, is a good boy and doesn't typically drink and get into trouble, except for the bridge incident.
