Who is chup

Chup is a male peregrine falcon. He is about nine-years-old, and he meets Frightful while he is seeking a mate to serve as a surrogate mother to his three baby birds. Chup lives in the cliffs above the Schoharie River, and he is puzzled by Frightful’s lack of natural instinct. Chup and Frightful later mate in the town of Delhi, where they raise their babies.
