What is odd to Jon and Susan about Frightful? What is the reason for this oddity?

Frightful shows no fear of Jon or Susan and does not flinch when being placed in her mew. She calmly takes on tresses and a hood. This is because she was trained by Sam and is accustomed to humans and falconry equipment.
