What is the theme of Frankenstein?

Isolation from community brings about disaster. There are consequences to actions (not a matter of 'if' you can do's whether you 'should' do it). Nature is perfect and man is not. A loss of innocence. Prejudice is also a large factor. People do not like the monster because he is so ugly.
