How does Fleur prepare to go into the city?

Fleur pushes her cart into heavy bramble and piles brush to hide it. She washes in ditch water and braids her hair. She ties the braids together in a loop that hangs down her back. She puts on the one dress that is not ripped or torn and heavy boots. She uses a blanket for a shawl. Then she carries her bundle and walks toward the city.
