Pages 7-9 provide us with information about the sinking of the Coral Queen, a gambling boat. We learn about Dusty Muleman's gambling enterprise, and Noah's father's somewhat reckless protest. Dusty's operation was questionable from the start. The Coral Queen never left the harbor (against the law), Dusty persuaded some members of an Indian Tribe to purchase the marina (gambling is only allowed on tribal land). Noah's father had protested the gambling boat in every possible. It is in these pages that we learn what he couldn't do legally (close down the operation), he did illegally.... by sinking the boat.
