What happened to Noah and Abbeyy after they escaped Luno and Dustys in Flush?

In Chapter Six, the children escape Luno. Abbey bites him, and Noah punches him in the kidneys. Afterward they go home, sneaking in so that their mother doesn't even know they've been gone. In the morning, Noah goes to visit his father in jail.
