The story is being told from Noah Unerwood's perspective. What are SOME things that we have already learned that we may NOT have learned if another character were telling the story?

In Chapter One, through Noah's narration, we learn that Noah's father is in jail, and that Noah is handling his father's imprisonment rather than falling apart like his family expect him to. We know that Noah is strong, that he loves his father, and that he wants to protext his mother.
