Summary about first rule of punk chapter 20

In Chapter 20, Malu, Benny, Joe, and Ellie have put in a lot of time practicing. They rewrote a song to avoid any offensive lyrics and changed up the music to be punk. They have several problems during the audition but Joe assures them that the auditions are just a formality, and that everyone is allowed to be in the talent show.
