What is the setting in the novel, Finale?

Finale is set in a rural area in Maine. Nora and her mother live in an old farmhouse in the outskirts of Coldwater, while most of Nora's friends live in the city. Patch once lived under an amusement park in Coldwater, but has recently moved to a townhouse in the city near Casco Bay.
