Who is Dr. Stephen Albert from Ficciones and what is their importance?

Dr. Albert is a friend of Dr. Tsuns, who lives in a remote area. When Tsun fears exposure as a German spy, he goes to Albert, hoping to lay low and escape detection. In the end, Tsun discovers that Albert has inadvertently come across information he needed.... information that had to be kept a secret. Thus, Tsun kills Albert.
