When the kids see Pimko in the trees around the playground taking notes, they mistakenly believe that he is the school inspector. Pimko lets one of his notes flutter away, stating that he believes the children on the playgrounds are innocents. The children do not take kindly to this analysis and immediately begin cursing and carving graffiti into the trees.
