What type of car does Mr. Lemoncello drive?

Mr. Lemoncello drives a car that looks like a giant red boot on wheels. It has a strip of notched black boot sole for the bumper. Thick shoelaces crisscross their way up from the windshield to the top of a ten-foot-tall boot collar.
