How would you characterize the goddess Ishtar? What is she like? Do you think she cares for the people of Uruk? Why or why not?

Ishtar, the goddess of love and war. She is kind of moody but then she is a goddess. Her devastating wrath leads to all kinds of God and mortal shenanigans. There is a clash between Enkidu and Gilgamesh, which in turn leads to Enkidu getting the death penalty from the gods, sending Gilgamesh off on his failed quest for immortality.
