What advice does Rousseau give mothers?

Rousseau urges women to feed their own babies, to tend to them, and to abandon the use of "swaddling clothes" even though this means that the infant will require a lot more attention than it will if tightly wrapped. Rousseau also advises women to rear their young in the countryside where the air is better.
