How is Scytale different from the other conspirators?

Scytale, being a Tleilaxu, finds it easier to identify with his victim than with his conspirators. The others hate Paul and all have their personal reasons for wanting him dead. Scytale, on the other hand, is just a tool that can help them harm Paul. He feels no personal hatred towards him.
