How does Hayt overcome the Tleilaxu controls?

Hayt's mentat abilities have been dulled by the compulsion rigged into his psyche, but he forces them into action in order to determine the full extent and implication of his compulsion. By using his mentat abilities, Hayt works through the rigging enough so that he can resist it later on.
